Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson held a press conference to tell residents of the Florida Panhandle county that they are “more than welcome” to shoot burglars. The message came after a repeat offender was arrested after being shot at by the resident of a home he allegedly attempted to burglarize.
