An All-Star cast (John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, Vera Miles), Black & White, Moody & Ironic, what more could anyone ask for in a movie?

This movie, set in the mythical town of Shinbone (likely in southern Colorado), is tied with High Noon as my favorite Western. It is definitely on my bucket list of movies to watch again. It has everything: good over evil, unrequited love, and the best last line of any movie ever made.

It even spawned a Top Ten hit sung by Gene Pitney and composed by Burt Bacharach and Hal David that was unrelated to, and released after the movie had come out.
