Teller Rifles provides free local gun classifieds to members and enthusiasts who would like to buy or sell their firearms or other related sporting goods in the Teller County region. Posting gun classifieds on Teller Rifles website is free with no fees attached or sales commission levied on individual transactions. Teller Rifles is not in the business of selling fireams, so it does not: (1) set the price or terms of sale of anything offered on its website; (2) charge a fee or commission for postings on its website; (3) facilitate compliance with legal components of a firearms transfer; (4) inspect or in any way warrant the condition of items offered for sale; and/or, (5) certify, investigate, or in any way guarantee the legal or financial capacity of any party to buy, sell, transfer or possess the firearms offered for sale on Teller Rifles’ website. Teller Rifles reserves the right to remove any posted ads at its sole discretion or discontinue its classifieds service altogether without notice. Teller Rifles disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Teller Rifles does not warrant that the website or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be timely corrected, or that any part of its website will be available and free of viruses or other harmful content. Buyers and sellers are individually responsible for complying with the legal requirements associated with any firearms transfers. That compliance may include contracting with an FFL engaged by the Buyer or Seller to conduct the necessary background check to facilitate a firearms transfer. To list a firearm “For Sale by Owner”, please send a written description of the item(s) to be sold, the price and included items and photographs suitable for website publication to: bruiser10@teller-rifles.org A member of the Teller Rifles administrative team will contact you about listing your firearm on the Teller Rifles site. Please allow up to 2 business days for Teller Rifles to contact you. For buyers who wish to express an interest in buying a listed item, please contact bruiser10@teller-rifles.org you’re your name and contact information (e.g., e-mail, phone number) and Teller Rifles will forward your contact information to the Seller. Items for sale by owner will automatically be removed from the Teller Rifles website after 60 days, or sooner, as directed by the individual posting the advertisement.
